Beauty Bag User Agreement

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

World of ZIbra, LLC d/b/a Beauty Bag

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Beauty Bag mobile application, website, or related services (“Services”), you (“User,” “you”) agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Beauty Bag reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Beauty Bag. By creating an account or accessing the Services, you affirm you meet this requirement.

3. User-Generated Content

“User-Generated Content” or “UGC” includes any data, images, uploads, product entries, notes, fragrance details, dupe matches, scent trays, layering combinations, reviews, forum posts, feature interactions, or any other content you submit, upload, or generate through the Services.

By using Beauty Bag, you grant World of ZIbra, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to:

  • collect
  • store
  • analyze
  • modify
  • process
  • aggregate
  • publish
  • share
  • sell
  • commercialize
  • create derivative works from
  • use for targeted advertising
  • use to enhance the app, algorithms, product recommendations, dupe identification, and user experience
  • use to improve services for all users

This includes permission to share or sell UGC with:

  • advertising partners
  • analytics providers
  • fragrance and beauty brands
  • retailers and affiliate partners
  • data brokers
  • third-party vendors
  • product development partners
  • recommendation engines
  • machine-learning and AI partners used to improve app accuracy

You also agree that Beauty Bag owns all aggregated, anonymized, statistical, or transformed data derived from your usage.

4. Data Usage, Monetization, and Sale

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any content you add to “My Bag,” “Wishlist,” “Dupe Library,” “Note Matches,” “Scent Tray,” “Perfume Layering,” or any similar feature may be sold or licensed to third parties.
  • Your interactions with products, dupes, layering combos, searches, scans, and activity within the app may be used for targeted marketing and advertising.
  • Beauty Bag may derive revenue from the collection, analysis, or sale of your UGC and personal information.

Your use of the Services constitutes explicit consent to these practices.

5. Forum, Community, and Shared Feature Content

If the Services include forums, community discussions, public scent boards, or shared dupe libraries:

  • You understand and agree that anything you post may be visible to other users.
  • Beauty Bag may moderate, edit, remove, or use this content for any business purpose.
  • Beauty Bag is not responsible for content posted by users.

6. Ownership of the Services

All content, code, features, trademarks, and data structures of Beauty Bag are the property of World of ZIbra, LLC. Users obtain no ownership rights by using the Services.

7. Subscription Services & Monetization

Beauty Bag may offer subscription tiers, ad-supported tiers, influencer access programs, affiliate links, and other paid features. By subscribing or engaging with monetized features, you agree to the applicable pricing and payment terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • misuse, copy, or reproduce any proprietary app content
  • upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful material
  • attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Services
  • use automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts)
  • infringe on the rights of Beauty Bag or other users

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Termination

Beauty Bag may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or behavior deemed harmful to the platform.

Following termination, the license granted under Section 3 (User-Generated Content) survives permanently, and Beauty Bag may continue to use and monetize your UGC.

10. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Beauty Bag does not guarantee accuracy of product data, expiration calculations, dupe matches, price alerts, or recommendations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Bag is not liable for:

  • loss of data
  • financial losses
  • product quality or reactions
  • incorrect recommendations
  • third-party ads or product purchases
  • damages arising from use or inability to use the Services

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Services.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable U.S. federal laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in Oregon courts.
